Room came with jetted tub in the main bed area. Used towels and a swimsuit lined the step leading up to tub. Feces stain and toilet paper stuck to underside of toilet seat. Silver lining, after telling manager I refused to stay, he was understanding and gave me full refund within 30 minutes of bringing issues to his attention

Recently purchased, undergoing renovation. Basic, but dated, motel room. Clean, quiet, and a comfortable king-sized bed. Free Wi-Fi. I couldn't get the television to work. Liquid soap dispenser was almost empty, so I washed up using shampoo. Cheap place to spend the night before continuing your journey.

Summertime, in Minnesota, the air conditioning in the room did not work properly. Had to sleep with the windows open to cool the room down. The hallway carpeting had deteriorated, and the door entry lock was broke. Had to use only one door to get in the building.

there was a huge bag of trash in the middle of the lobby when we walked in. Also a smell. Desk attendant said "wanted to make us aware the air conditioner was having issues" I asked if it worked at all and was told no. I then said we would not be staying there and was told wouldnt get charged for cancellation. when we drove in the parking lot we could tell it wasn't going to be a good experience. Just had that vibe and walking in to trash and a smell in the lobby confirmed. Did not even go to a room so can't judge that but I'm pretty sure wouldn't have been a great experience.

Stayed in the middle of summer and there was no air conditioning. I wish I had looked at other reviews first, because it wasn't something that happened during our stay or immediately prior, it was something that had been a problem for weeks. They should not have air conditioning listed as an amenity when it is a long-term problem, this should be explicitly noted on their website/Expedia page. The carpet in the room had debris on it like it hadn't been vacuumed, and there was long hair on the sink. Towels were stained. The whole place seemed run down, and the crowd of loitering people outside at midnight was alarming. I've stayed at my share of low-end hotels, as I like to save money, but this place is way overpriced for how dumpy it is. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
