This modern Moorings villa was recently remodeled, has new paint, and features new flooring. The open-plan living area is spacious, with a smart TV for entertainment, an 8-seat dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen for easy vacation meal prep. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a Smart TV, a private en-suite bathroom, and access to a private balcony. We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely family friendly, I love that there was a pack n play in the unit. I thought it was well stocked with the essentials. The Marriott is right behind the unit so we used the sound machine provided, we didn’t hear a thing.

Great area and location

This is the second time we have stayed in this community. We love the bike/walk paths, the closeness to the beach, pool, and the General Store. We enjoy the layout of the condo as our kids (12 & 14) enjoy having a more separate area when they need some quiet time. This year we needed a desk for both my son and husband to work from, so that was a bonus for us. The kitchen is well supplied and the condo was clean and ready for us.
