The home is also only a leisurely stroll or bike ride away from all that Palmetto Dunes has to offer, including bike and kayak outfitters, The Dunes House, the General Store, the Tennis & Pickleball Center, and a variety of dining options. Featuring a private pool, a Carolina room, and thoughtfully designed living spaces, this home is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The dining room seats eight and leads to a well-equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a convenient pass-through. The main suite offers a king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. Guest bedroom #2 includes a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Guest bedroom #3 is a spacious two-room suite, featuring a king bed in the first room with ensuite bathroom access, and a second room with a queen bed.

Step outside to enjoy a completely new pool and pool deck, designed for comfort and relaxation. The saltwater pool (new for 2026) is a standout feature, complemented by an elegant infinity spillover spa. Wonderful!

This house was wonderful! House has everything you need. Great location. Deck furniture was perfect, especially with the large umbrellas. Would highly recommend.

Hot tub and pool not heated. Issues with property were not addressed during stay

I have never heard of a hot tub that is not hot. The listing is not clear that the hot tub and pool are not heated and can’t be heated unless you stay in June - October. This was a huge disappointment for our spring break. Also - two screen fell off the track when we arrived and the screens were never fixed during our stay. The villa was clean and a wonderful location but we were highly disappointed and I want anyone renting this property to know what we found out after we arrived.
