10 Armada is a 2nd row 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath home -- the perfect island vacation home, and only steps from the beautiful beaches of Palmetto Dunes Plantation.
Nine steps lead to entry where you will find a spacious family room with a large flat screen TV/DVD and plenty of seating for the family. The dining room seats up to eight and overlooks the private pool/spa area with a gas grill, private gazebo with a table for 4 and another table for 6 just a few steps down. The kitchen overlooks the living room, dining room and a stylish den with a flat screen TV and DVD. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an eat-in bar, tile floors, Corian countertops and new cabinetry.
The first bedroom is located 5 steps up from the entry with a king bed. The next bedroom is located on the second floor with a king bed. Two additional bedrooms have 2 queen beds in each. All bedrooms are furnished with flat screen televisions and private bathrooms. The fifth bedroom is completely separate from the home.
Ten steps lead up to this bedroom with hardwood floors, king bed, flat screen TV and bathroom with shower. There is also a small kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator.

Family retreat
House was perfect for our 2 families! The main area and kitchen were large enough that 12 did not feel cramped. Close proximity to the beach and a fantastic pool!
