Beautifully updated and decorated, this meticulous oceanfront townhome has 3 bedrooms plus a private sleeping area adjacent to the master suite, bedding for 8 guests and and offers the convenience of walking from your back deck right out to the beach. This home offers beautiful ocean views from an expansive deck on the main level, upper balcony off the master suite and expanded deck on the rooftop of the home. Enjoy ocean breezes, stunning views and dining outdoors on any of these premier outdoor spaces.
The kitchen, living room and dining room are all located on the first floor of the home, along with a powder room. The bedrooms of 22 Turtle Lane Club are located on several higher levels of the home with stairs leading to each and include a master suite with king bed and bath with separate tub and walk-in shower and an adjacent bedroom with Full bed that can be closed off for privacy or left open. Guests using this adjacent bedroom will share the master bath with occupants of the master suite. A guest suite with king bed, private bath and walk-in shower and separate guest suite with 2 twin beds, sleeper sofa and full bath with shower/tub combination complete the bedrooms. There is also a half bath on the first floor for guest convenience.
Guests will enjoy the convenience of the keyless entry and can use the garage to store beach gear, bikes and golf clubs.
