Seaside 335 is a beautifully decorated villa that offers a unique layout. This villa is perfect for couples or small families. This one-bedroom has a king-sized and full-size bed with no door separation between the sleeping areas and is equipped with a small kitchenette area and one bathroom. The location was perfect. Easy access to the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is the air conditioning. It was in the 80s when we stayed there. The ac unit had to be turned down to 65 to make it comfortable to sleep in the front bedroom by the balcony. Unfortunately the ac unit did not cool off the rest of the condo. The bathroom and back bedroom remained uncomfortably warm even with the door between the bedrooms left open. This made it not comfortable to sleep.

Pros: *beach access is amazing.*view of ocean from the balcony. Cons: *Must check in at a different address. *Condo is VERY small. *No central a/c so the one room with the window unit stays cool but the other room and bathroom stay hot and uncomfortable. *Balcony door doesn’t lock.*No washer/dryer in condo. Just use coin laundry if needed.*This condo is not one of the ones with exterior front for. Entry to this condo is inside a poorly lit, musty carpeted hallway.

Great Venue -

Really nice location, had a great stay, walking distance to coffee shops, stores and restaurants. Would highly recommend.
