There is a balcony located off the living room which offers a nice ocean view

Perfect location!

Awesome location just steps from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Bike rental across the street, and the condo was well stocked and comfortable. My wife, my 13 year old daughter and I had a wonderfully relaxing vacation here!
