5305 Hampton Place is a two-primary suite villa with stunning ocean views! There is a great bedroom separation, full of natural light, granite, and stainless-steel appliances. This unit is located on the 3rd floor and can be accessed via stairs or elevator.

This spacious, newly renovated oceanfront unit is located in Palmetto Dunes and is conveniently located close to many of the resort's amenities. The open floor plan allows you to enjoy spectacular views from anywhere in the unit. The kitchen is completely stocked and ready to take on any meal you have in mind, and plenty of counterspace ensures you will never feel crowded. It also features a reverse osmosis water filter to ensure clean and tasty drinking water. Have a drink at the bar and then go relax on the patio overlooking the ocean and gardens, which is conveniently attached to the king room as well as the living room.

Each primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat-screen smart TV, plenty of storage for your belongings, and ensuite bathrooms with a walk-in shower.

The balcony features a table with chairs and overlooks the pool and ocean view. Hampton Place features two oceanfront pools, a Jacuzzi, a fitness center, observation decks, and more! You will never tire of watching fabulous sunrises and moonrises out your window!

*Please be advised that Hampton Place will undergo exterior painting and window replacement from September 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. While the exact schedule for each building is not yet available, updates will be provided as timelines are finalized. Extremely happy with this property!

We loved everything about this property! Two couples stayed for the month of February. The spacious shared area of the living room, kitchen and dining area was comfortable for four of us. We never felt too confined. The views from both master suites and the living room were all we could hope for. The mid-island location was ideal for shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. This was the best property we have stayed at in our trips to Hilton Head Island! We highly recommend this condo!(A small hiccup of a switch kicking off on the electric panel was addressed within an hour by the management team. A more distressing situation was the fire alarm system going off twice in one evening with the HHI Fire Department coming to check a faulty system that has a tendency to happen now and again. Luckily, there were condo owners, long-term renters and a fireman outside to assure us of our safety.)

Beautiful home and view

This place and view is stunning. We will definitely be staying here again. The pools were fabulous. The owners were responsive and kept us update even after the storms. Absolutely amazing trip. The location is perfect and close to golf and pickleball.

More than i expected

The pictures are very good but the site is better. Gorgeous condo with very upscale furniture and comfortable beds. Incredible views of the ocean from the decks. Very detailed kitchen. Liked that washer and dryer were in house. Only down side was the weather....oh well come back again for sure!

The property was sparkling clean, had stunning views, and a hop-skip-jump from the beach. It was stocked with every possible thing you’d need to spend a week at the beach. Looks bigger in person than the pictures show online. Perfect for a family vacation!

Great Stay.

The condo looked great in the pictures but incredible when we got there. Great views of the ocean from the main room and both bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Comfortable sofas. The kitchen did not have any spices or staples except for sugar. There are several grocery stores to stock up. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, and dishes to cook all meals. Bathrooms were very clean and showers had great water pressure. A few games and books. Would stay here again.

A Beautiful Spot

This condo is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has wonderful ocean views. The complex has pools, workout facilities, beach access, and more. We enjoyed the beach gear which came as part of our rental. The building was quiet and very well maintained. We’ll be back!

I loved the updated condo and how clean it was. The balcony is very clean too and maintained, including the appliances. I didn’t like the noise level of the mower and gas powered tools early in the morning, but I can understand if it was more to scare off gators and snakes.

Great spot!

We loved our stay. The location is great, parking easy, easy access to the beach and pool, etc. The kitchen is super well stocked for a rental. And the bedding was all nice. It was a little hard to find the check in spot in the night. The dryer was not working when we were there but housekeeping did our laundry once which was helpful.

Location, location, location!!

Condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated and location was perfect. Central to all HHI has to offer. View was stunning. Pools fantastic. Could easily get between condo, pool and beach. Elevator and garage are huge plus. Can't wait to return.

Fantastic Vacation

Our original vacation plans needed to be canceled last minute, and so with about a week before our planned time off we lucked into finding this gem! We were seriously grateful to find such a fantastic location so last minute. The location was perfect. The condo was clean and ready for our stay. The checkin process was easy and we had a great week at the beach - exactly what we wanted. I have no complaints.
