This is a PET FRIENDLY home! Please let us know if you will be bringing a furry friend with you. There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee for the 1st approved pet and an additional $150 for a 2nd approved pet. There is a 2 dog limit and both pets must weigh 40lbs or lower. Any dogs over 40lbs must be approved by the owner prior to booking. Please let us know if you have any questions!
This 2-story Sea Pines condo places you only steps away from Harbour Town and a short bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club! On the first floor, find the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room features comfortable seating as well as a large flat screen TV and classic board games for your entertainment. Through the sliding glass doors, step out to your private patio and enjoy summer nights under the stars while cooking on the grill! Directly down the hallway sits the fully equipped, classic-style kitchen that is more than ready to take on the heat; preparing meals here is simple and easy. Find a full-size washer and dryer in here to take care of all laundry needs in the house. The formal dining table has enough seating for six, and there are also plenty of dining options within walking distance! Upstairs, the two bedrooms are opposite each other to offer great separation and privacy. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed as well as a flat screen TV and two walk-in closets for plenty of storage. The master bathroom has a vanity and shower/tub. Down the hall, find the second bedroom with a queen-sized bed. This bedroom has access to a hall bathroom right outside.
