We had an excellent stay at this property! It's very well maintained and truly felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the abundance of beach and pool toys and gear—it was so convenient to have those on hand, covering anything we forgot or didn't have room to pack. The only drawback may be the detached 3rd bedroom and ensuite. Would still highly recommend!

Great beach house

The house was the perfect size for my family- 4 adults, a preschooler and a toddler. We had to watch both extremely carefully because the pool wasn’t fenced but we are very conscientious adults so it wasn’t a problem. The only complaint I have is the sheets on the outside bedroom were very rough and uncomfortable. The bed itself was perfect Hopefully, we’ll be able to return in the future.

Perfect spring break

The property was just as described with wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces. The proximity to the beach and the lovely heated pool made it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the great weather. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when needed. Definite recommend.

We had a wonderful week of making memories here. Cannot beat the convenience to the beach. So close. Pool and outdoor cabana were a perfect alternative from the sand & sea. Private from passerby’s. Inside was clean & had all the accommodations necessary for a successful vacation. The space was small but sufficient for our families needs. Heads up, the second master bedroom is accessed from the outside, not within main interior. It was not a problem for our family; but might not be ideal for some families. Overall we had a wonderful stay!!

Family Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean, easy access to the beach and the owners have provided all the amenities with beach chairs, towels, wagon and many beach toys for kids. The house is equipped with a high chair and toys for toddlers. The pool and patio provide a great environment for evening family meals. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We stayed at the property for RBC Heritage 2024 & couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more!!! The location, amenities, & cleanliness were all top notch. The host were extremely responsive to anything we needed (although we didn’t need much at all!) Our party agreed we need to reserve this place anytime we are on HHI. You are truly SECONDS from the beach, short drive to dining, shopping & anything else you could possibly need. 5 stars all around!

Gem of a house and location

We discovered this cute gem and booked for spring break! From the advance communication to the stay, everything was flawless! The house is adorable and a perfect location to the beach and bike ride to Coligny. The kids enjoyed the pool and being able to easily choose to pivot to beach! Would definitely book again! A Wonderful Week

This rental had a very charming cottage like feel to it. My family of five stayed for a week, and enjoyed every second. The owners thought of everything - there were welcome snacks and fresh flowers when we arrived, lots of beach equipment/toys, toys for the kids in the bunk room, plenty of towels, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool and outdoor space is fantastic. On the chilly days we were still able to get outside and swim in the heated pool. We didn’t end up using the third bedroom because you don’t access it through the main house and our kids are young, but it would be perfect for older kids or parents/in-laws. Can’t beat the access to the beach! We also rented bikes for the week and biked into town almost daily (about a five minute ride). This is truly a wonderful property - thank you Rick and Denise!

New Years on the Beach

Very comfortable and well supplied. One of the few rentals in this area that do not have stairs in order to enter, making it easier for my elderly parents to navigate. The weather was cold so we were not able to enjoy all of the outdoor seating areas but could see how great this place is for spreading out on the property. There are a lot of beach chairs, towels and toys, and a wagon to take them to the beach. Very well stocked if you have young children. We will definitely consider staying at this property in the future.
