Perfect location and size for family of 5

We had a wonderful, 5 night stay at this townhouse. The kitchen was well-appointed. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious (second bedroom easily fit 3 kids) . It is located an easy walk to public tennis courts, Coligny playground, Island Time bike rental, and the beach. The pool was never crowded and our kids loved it. It was very helpful to have beach chairs, a wagon, and sandtoys. Parking was easy.

Excellent Choice!!

I was thrilled with this choice for my 11 day stay. They were so quick to respond when I had questions! The location was excellent! I didn't even need a rental car. Very beautiful, clean unit!

Nice condo with everything we needed

We enjoyed the condo and it had everything we needed. The beach was a short drive away and we didn’t have any trouble finding parking spaces. The water pressure in the master bath was awesome (thank you!), but the kids said there’s wasn’t very good in the other upstairs bath. The pool was nice and the neighborhood was very quiet. My only suggestion would be to improve the mattresses. Ours wasn’t very comfortable and the kids said the bunk beds weren’t very comfortable either.

Fun get-a-way!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, amenities were great. We didn't have any issues with the property so we didn't have to call the property manager for anything. It's a short walk from the beach. Would stay here again!

Perfect spot for Labor Day weekend getaway

We were very comfortable in the VRBO and appreciated the host's prompt response to the AC needing repaired. Also very much appreciated the extended check out time. Very convenient location to everything, we needed would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to relax

The condo was perfect for us! We took my daughter and 3 friends to celebrate her 16th birthday. The location was just a short, easy walk to the beach and to shops, grocery and restaurants. Will definitely book again!

Beautiful Home with Short Walk to All the Amenities

The walk was a couple blocks from the beach, shopping, restaurants, and the Sandbox Children's Museum. You could not have asked for a better location without paying twice a much. The condo was a reasonable price for a spacious, updated place. The kitchen was beautiful and the room with the bunk bed had so much space we might have to invite some of our kids' friends to come stay with us next time! We will definitely consider staying here again.

Great location, convenient to multiple beaches, shops, restaurants, bike trails, etc. The unit was exactly as described - clean, quiet, spacious, and very nicely decorated and supplied. The on-site pool was a nice amenity. It’s a great space for a family. We would certainly recommend and would stay again!

Great location off the beaten path

The beach and a few restaurants were in walking distance. The place was clean and had games for those rainy days. Beach towels are provided. The pillows were there only thing I’d replace. Also, additional tissue, paper towels and trash bags are needed if you are staying multiple days with 4 adults. I loved the welcome note and treat bag. Nice touch!

Very nice place but a bit of a walk to the beach.

We had a nice time here and the property was well kept and had a nice pool and ease with parking. I did have to contact the property manager to get the code to enter as the app didn’t upload the code. The walk to the beach was a bit longer then I thought it would be. A lot of fun places to eat and drink and shop all around! Over all we had a wonderful time!

Hilton head family vacation 2021

Beautiful, clean, nicely modern decorated apartment. Pros: Great location near Coligny Beach and Coligny plaza. If you're using the shortcut it takes about 5 min walking to the beach. Well equipped kitchen. All utilities work great. Very clean and tastefully decorated. The beach bag was a really useful present. Cons: it would be great to have an USB port and a basic condiments, like salt and pepper. But it was not a big problem for us. Overall the place more suitable for a family with a bigger kids, simply because the furniture is very new and light in color, and beautiful glass vases around-it would make me nervous if I stayed with a little kids.
