Always love staying in Palmetto Dunes. The Access to the beach is fabulous! We had everything we needed. There was a glitch with the AC and they had a tech out within hours!!! Had a great stay!

The condo was lovely with lots of light. I especially enjoyed the walled patio - very private and tranquil. It would be great if traveling with a pet. Loved the first floor location. However, if you happen to be traveling with anyone with mobility issues, be aware that the living room is 2 steps down from the entry/kitchen. I’m already thinking about my next visit because working from the patio or the desk in the bedroom.

We stay in Palmetto dunes at least three times a year and specifically choose St Andrews Common. We haven’t staying in this condo in the past. Checking in and out was very easy. The condo needs a thorough deep clean. It smelled of cigarette smoke at arrival. All the plates, glassware, and silverware were dirty. The fan above the stove was dripping grease while we cooked. I had to run everything through the dishwasher or wash by hand because they had old dried food. The full bathroom shower/tub combo needs a deep clean as there is mold and scum in the caulking of the tub/shower door. We wanted to use the board games on our rainy day but our choices were mousetrap, which is missing pieces and poker. We taught the kids how to play Texas hold ‘em instead. A lot of the light switches don’t work, so lighting was weird. There are no beach towels, which is a good thing because I brought my own. Pool is always nice and clean. All in all we had a good time but wont stay at this condo again in the future due to the cleanliness of the condo.
