Our newly renovated Villa features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, all new furnishings, luxury linens, smart TV’s and new appliances. We are on the third floor (no elevator) and overlook the tennis courts. It is only a leisurely, 10 min walk through the shaded lagoon area, past the two outdoor pools to the natural sandy beach! Our unit is ideal for two couples or a small family. We have sleeping for 6 available. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful resort.

This Beachfront complex has two outdoor pools as well as a year round indoor pool. It is only a short 10 min walk past the two pools and shady lagoon area to reach the private, natural beach.

Find true relaxation in a wonderfully secluded area of Hilton Head Island at this villa on the third floor of Spa on Port Royal Sound. There`s so much within an easy stroll or bike ride of you here, from the property`s nature preserve beach to plentiful community amenities.

Spa on Port Royal Sound is a beachfront property on the quiet `heel` of Hilton Head, where the sound meets the open ocean. The landscaped grounds are lovely and lush, offering a heated indoor pool, two outdoor pools, a hot tub, a fitness room, tennis and basketball court, a playground, and grilling areas. The property`s stretch of beach is a natural haven for spotting birds and other wildlife. And with direct access to Hilton Head`s bike trails, you can easily navigate all across the Island.

Four beach chairs, Rolling cart and Umbrella provided along with some sand toys and boogie-boards.

You will have full access to the Villa. This unit is located on the third floor and there is NO ELEVATOR. You must be able to climb two flight of stairs.

Guest will receive check-in instructions via the Airbnb app 48 hours prior to check-in. It will be located under the `Arrival Guide`. I will be available by phone or text during your entire visit.

The Resort charges a one-time $25 fee per car (max two) at the security gate when you are checking in.

Please apply sunscreen when you get to the beach or the pool, not in the unit or on the balcony. It leaves stains and a film on the furniture.

**Excessive stains or damage to linens (comforters, sheets or towels) discovered after checkout will result in a fee being charged back to the guest. Black make-up towels are provided for your use.

Please do not apply sunscreen in the Villa or on the Balcony, it can stain the furniture.

Villa Towels are not to be used at the beach or the pool.
