Brigantine Quarters holds two recently renovated pools/ pickle ball courts and their own private beach gate, with the beach being a short 5 minute walk away.

Our 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit comfortably sleeps 6 people. The bedroom arrangement consists of 1 king bed, 1 queen, 2 twin beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The guest bathroom is jack and Jill style and boasts a spacious tiled tub/shower and comes equipped with a hair dryer, soap, towels etc.. Each bedroom comes with its own television, clock radio, and hangers in the closets.

The living room, which also contains a TV and a DVD player, opens up to the dining room which has a fully equipped kitchen. A furnished deck can be access through the master bedroom or the living room and the condo comes ready with a washer and dryer.

This condo is positioned on property within nine different buildings that are beautifully embraced by landscaped areas, tennis courts, and propane grills. The property is situated on a cul-de-sac and is secluded from the main roads. You will enjoy the serenity of the property whether your view is of the tranquil lagoon or the golf course. This condo is equipped with all the modern appliances, electronics and free WiFi is included.
