Welcome to COCO CABANA, a stunning and freshly designed Vacation Ready Services condo located at Hilton Head Resort! Nestled on the 4th floor of Building #1, this charming two bed & two bath island getaway is the perfect retreat for families and friends alike. As you step inside, you'll be welcomed by a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances and all the cookware you might need to whip up some delicious meals. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the kitchen to the inviting living room, where you can relax on a brand new couch (this can also be converted into a queen sofa bed that includes a gel foam mattress) while enjoying your favorite TV shows on the Smart TV.

The spacious balcony is an ideal spot to sip your morning coffee and breathe in the refreshing ocean air. The primary bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, perfect for restful nights, while the guest bedroom is great for the kids, with full-size bunk beds and a twin trundle. Both bathrooms are beautifully designed, making it easy to refresh before heading out to explore the gorgeous island. Plus, you'll have private WiFi and all the essentials to make your stay comfortable - including starter supplies such as dish soap/detergent, trash bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and bathing towels for your convenience.

The resort itself is also packed with amenities: Three inviting pools. including an outdoor heated pool in Building #1 as well as a beautiful indoor recreation facility in Building #3 which includes a heated pool, kiddie pool and hot tub, walking track, a well-equipped gym, sauna & steam room, and even a small arcade! You can also enjoy delicious meals at the on-site deli or sip refreshing drinks at the poolside tiki bar and oceanfront Cabana. For those who love staying active, there are six lighted tennis and pickleball courts, a badminton court, as well as an oceanfront volleyball court. After a day of fun in the sun, you can grill up a feast at the designated area. A golf cart shuttle also runs April-September from the resort to the beach! If you have kids, they will love the 10 minute walk across the boardwalk with all the marine life!

This resort has a strict NO PETS policy. This is also a NON-SMOKING/vaping condo and is prohibited by the resort. The primary renter must be 25 years of age.

The property was nicely decorated and had plenty of sleeping space. This unit is around the outside pool which was very convenient. Close to the boardwalk to the beach. Cocos was closed The location is on the fourth floor which wasn’t in the listing so be advised. The elevator is one per building and very busy during weekends for check in and check out. We had no issues with the stairs but know that isn’t the case for others. I did attempt to message the host on VRBO ahead of time to find out what type of coffee maker was in the unit but did not get a response. It’s a Keurig. The over the counter microwave was broken and a small micro was available to use. Separate rental contract required so be on the lookout to sign it. Room ready details came about an hour before we arrived. Although the property manager stated the room number was in the contract I did not locate it. Their text response was quick. Bug spray every Friday. Came when I was in my towel and no peep hole. Unsettling since was not advised ahead of time. bar and food poolside was good/friendly service. There was a very rude man who works there telling everyone not to move the chairs. Beware of Mr Meany. We had to buy more toilet paper & paper towels. I advise the property manager to leave a bit more for weekly rentals. The space was comfortable. The kitchen was tiny but stocked. Beds were firm. beware if that is not your preference. Pillows were very lumpy and not for us. We would stay again!
