The 3rd party cleaning company provides ONE set of fresh sheets, pillowcases, and bath towels for each stay. A starter kit of toilet paper, roll of paper towels, soap, and dishwashing soap is also provided. Stays of more than a few days will require additional supplies.

A $250 security deposit is required prior to check-in.

We love Hilton Head Island and this was a great place to stay! The villa was clean and beautifully decorated! We had a chance to play pickle ball and enjoy Cocos on the beach!

Getaway weekend

The condo was great. Very well equipped with everything you need. Shuttle came in handy with my mother in law .She had knee replacement and it allowed her to go to beach and enjoy time with my grand daughter. Only negative thing was all treadmills we're broken but one.All in all great time was had by everyone. We usually come down about 4 or 5 times a year.
