Disappointed

The unit was filthy upon arrival along with a broken couch. We spent the first 3 hours of our vacation cleaning after a day of travel. The travel company was responsive the next day and came to clean the unit, waiving the cleaning fee. However, my family never should have been put in that position. The first night stay should have been waived in addition to the cleaning fee as our first night was incredibly uncomfortable.
