Modern features include stainless appliances, a new designer sofa (2022), and a custom pub-height deck table perfect for beach-watching.

The primary suite offers a queen bed, while charming built-in hall bunks are a hit with the kids. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room.

- Just a short walk to Coligny Beach Park and the Lowcountry Celebration Park, which features a massive adventure playground and open green space.
- You are just steps from the pristine sands of South Forest Beach. Pro tip: Head out early for a stunning island sunrise!

The place was as described, but definitely more cramped than expected. Stayed here as a family of four with a 8/10 year old. It felt tight. It’s worth noting that if you come in the spring the pool is not heated like most other places we’ve stayed in on HHI. Other than that the place was clean and was a roof to sleep under.

The property was cute, clean, and in a great location, but unfortunately we had a terrible experience with the property manager. He barged in on us while my three teenage daughters and I were getting dressed while getting ready to check out. The bunk neds are right by the front door, so he could have seen my daughter's naked, had I not been standing right there. He was yelling at us for not having checked out yet, even though it was 10:30am and checkout said 11am on the website. He said he changed it to 10am, which seemed like something he made up to make his job easier for turnovers, because a 10am checkout is ridiculous. The place is cute, but way too small for a whole family for more than a night or two.

The condo was very clean upon arrival and the host was personable and very responsive to our questions. We really liked that the bedroom was in a closed off space from the door. All of the villas we stayed in previously, the bed was right by the door. We love staying in Seaside Villas and this condo did not disappoint!

The room was clean & perfect for our few day stay. Conveniently located. I did have just a little question prior to check in (nothing major) but it was disappointing that my message never got a response because I have never had a host not reply to me. Only complaint we could not figure out what was causing so much water in the floor beside the bath tub. Not sure if something was leaking or that the shower curtains weren’t actually water proof. We had to put a new towel down everyday and when you have 5 people with only 6 towels in the room that wasn’t ideal.
