Just steps to the beautiful, semi-private beach, and walking distance or a short bike ride to the restaurants and shops in Coligny Plaza, 18 Pelican St. offers the perfect HIlton Head vacation spot.. Situated on a large private lot at the end of a cul-de-sac, there is plenty of room for your party to spread out. The fenced in rear yard features a 12x24 saltwater pool (can be heated October-April for a fee) with a tanning ledge, lounge chairs, dining table, gas grill, and lush landscaping that offers partial shade. Inside you will find 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths, all on one level. The primary features an en-suite bath, bedrooms 2 and 3 share a jack and jill bath, and a powder room that is accessed from the hallway.
The open kitchen / dining area has seating for 12, plenty of pantry space, and is well equipped for feeding a crowd. Spacious and comfortable living room area. Access the pool from the bright and cheery sunroom, which offers a separate seating area, a futon sleeper, as well as washer/dryer access.
Bonus is the detached garage which houses ping pong and foosball tables, and all the beach equipment and toys. And above, is the 4th bedroom, with 2 twin beds and a king, along with an en-suite full bath, providing plenty of flexible sleeping space.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Everything about it was perfect. The loft above the garage was perfect as were all the bedrooms. The living area was great for the 8 adults and the toddler. Grill was perfect as well as the kitchen. It was clean and well equipped. Location was plenty close to the beack and the neighborhood was quiet. Great memories were made with the family.

Great property and location on a private and quiet cul de sac, just a short walk from the beach and not far to walk, bike or drive to Coligny Plaza where there is a grocery store, restaurants and shops. This property is ideal for families with a 4th bedroom and bath over the garage for the kids or teenagers and even a game room. The property was well equipped and well stocked. I’m glad we selected this VRBO for our visit to Hilton Head

This house was the perfect spot for our family vacation. We had 7 adults and 4 kids ages 1-4. The pool was just the right size for them to play in. We realized when we got there we would need to have the pool heated. Betsy responded in a timely manner and made it happen. The neighborhood was lovely for biking and was only a short easy walk to the beach. The house was laid out so nicely with a comfortable flow. The kitchen was very functional and the decor was themed nicely. We have stayed on the island many times and we would without hesitation stay here again.

A wonderful home, in a great location! Plenty of space for our family of eight to spread out. A very easy walk to the beach. Nice pool. The home was clean and well stocked. The ping pong table was a lot of fun with many hours of family tournaments. A wide assortment of beach toys and floats for the kids. The host was very helpful and responsive to our inquiries. We are putting this home on our favorites list.

Family vacation

We loved this house! It was the perfect size for 8 adults and 4 children. We loved the heated pool and the space to have meals in the kitchen/sun room. There is a nice space in the garage to hang out and play games. Since the weather was nice, we were able to walk about 20 mins to local restaurants. The beach is just a short doable walk for even young kids! Would love to visit again and would definitely re-book this house!

Perfect!

Location, location, location. This house was a short walk to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, and a grocery store. There is also a bike path that takes you right into town if walking is not your thing. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed the fire pit a few times on the cooler days. The beach chair were comfy to sit in on the beach. I will book this house for next years trip!

This property was perfect for us! Betsy was very friendly and responsive. Our favorite parts of the property were the pool, proximity to the beach, and the fenced in backyard was great for our dog. It was also fantastic that the property provides beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, a trolly, and a tent, as well as pool toys and inflatables.

Great kid friendly property!

We loved our stay at the house! Close walk to beach and wonderful amenities and entertainment for kids! Only suggestion would be we ran out of basic items that we had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, trash bags etc. But no complaints, Betsy was extremely responsive and we absolutely had a wonderful vacation! Hilton Head stay

Great neighborhood, nice house. We enjoyed the pool. Furnishings could use updating and cookware should be replaced. It would have been helpful to know we needed to provide toilet tissue and garbage bags. It also would have been good to know one bedroom for 4 is in a detached part of the house.
