First of all the gate code was wrong that I was sent. So i had to call him at 10pm for the correct one. Second, me and my two children arrived at the condo at 10pm and the place was disgusting. The cleaning service had obviously not come. Dirty sheets, dirty towels everywhere, gross sink, old food out, and trash bag full sitting in the living room. I called the owner and he had no answer for me other than he couldn't do anything about the cleaning service since i arrived at 10pm. Basically blaming me for arriving so late, even though there is nothing in the contract saying i have to arrive by a certain time. He didn't even to call around to find a hotel for me. So i had to go find a hotel last minute with my two kids at 11pm on spring break! Then he didn't even refund me the amount he should have. I wanted to be reimbursed for the hotel and one night stay at his condo. All he did was reimburse me for the hotel and not even half of one night in the condo! i would never ever stay here again simply bc of him. Left a woman and two kids stranded in Hilton head at 11pm with nowhere to go and didn't even try to help. Horrible.
