This unit is a wonderful location with easy walking to Coligny. Being on the ground floor and being able to walk out the back patio on the grassy area was great for our kids to play and allowed for super easy/quick access to the pool and beach. Beautiful condo and great location!

This was by far our favorite condo yet! Our family has visited HHI several times and the location is great. Teens can walk to Coligny Square on their own and have some independence. The view is great and having the 1st floor walk out was very convient to get to beach and pool.

EXCELLENT condo and location!

Perfect Spring Getaway

Three of my family (all adults) were able to get away for a week and chose Hilton Head. This condo was perfect! Rented bikes and cruised on them or walked everywhere - no car needed!
