Beautiful Golf Front Villa!

You are certain to enjoy this contemporary and comfortable villa that is literally steps off the George Fazio golf course with sweeping views of multiple greens!

The updated kitchen includes custom cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen comes fully equipped to match your friends and family's cooking needs. The dining room offers seating for six.

The living room is comfortable with a sofa and love seat along with an HDTV. There is a slider that goes out to your private patio right on the golf course. With the grill and outdoor seating available, you will love being on the patio both day and night.

The upstairs primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, HDTV, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The en-suite has two pedestal sinks and a tiled tub and shower combination. A bonus room with two twin beds and a HDTV create a separate area for kids or extra guests.

The second bedroom is located downstairs and features a queen bed, HDTV and a walk-in closet. The bathroom was completely updated and now features a granite vanity and custom-tiled walk-in shower.

With just a call, the seasonal Dunes Buggy shuttle service will pick up your family and have you at the beach in a few minutes. A 15 minute bike ride will get you to the George Fazio Clubhouse, Alexander's Restaurant, General Store and the Beach! There is a private community pool and tennis court for you to enjoy as well. This villa is close to everything wonderful that Palmetto Dunes has to offer!

Okay

Walls are too thin. Lawn mover going 6:30 AM on 6/15/17. Toilet in master did not work properly, maintenance had to come out to replace pieces. Most of the outlets are too large, making it hard to plug anything into the sockets. Had to keep resetting cable box on TV in the Master Bedroom. Washing machine not working properly.

Great house

Loves our stay. The house is lovely and had everything we needed for my husband, myself and my 3 year old. We used baby's away for the crib and they set it all up before we even got there. Love the pool in Inverness village and the ocean access within palmetto dunes.
