This spacious Hilton Head villa has been beautifully renovated with wonderful views of the George Fazio golf course. There is updated furniture and coastal vibes throughout. You are just a short bike ride to the beach! The community amenities at Inverness Village include an on site pool and private tennis courts.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need for preparing meals for your family or friends. The kitchen table has seating for four and the dining room has seating for six. Living room features a queen sleeper sofa and a 55 inch flat screen TV/DVD. The sliders open up to your private deck with fairway views! There is plenty of seating outside on the deck while enjoying the sights of the George Fazio golf course.
The main bedroom features a king bed and an updated bathroom with tiled walk in shower. There is a slider with access to the private deck. There is a 32 inch flat screen tv and lots of storage. The second bedroom has two double beds with a 32 inch tv and an adjacent full updated bathroom.

You will get into vacation mode the minute you enter this villa! You are close to everything wonderful that Palmetto Dunes has to offer: the community pool, tennis and pickleball courts, golf, bike trails, the 11 mile lagoon, restaurants, Shelter Cove, and of course the beach! Come spend your vacation here!

Absolutely perfect stay at HHI. You will not be disappointed staying in this gorgeous well stocked condo. Minutes to tennis, golf, pool and beach. Can’t wait to return!

Beautiful updated villa

Absolutely loved our stay in this villa! Everything was renovated, neat and clean. Great attention to detail! We loved that there were 2 full size beds in the second bedroom. No one had to share a bed! Enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck while watching the golfers on the Fazio Course. Short walk to the pool. About a 5 minute bike ride to the beach.

Beautiful villa!

This inverness was so well done and very comfortable! The owners have put a lot of thought into every detail of their home and it was very appreciated. The best stocked kitchen of any place we’ve rented and we cooked large meals every night since we did not eat out. Beds and furnishings were very comfortable. Beautifully decorated! We loved sitting on the bar height chairs on the back deck and watching the golfers. One small issue was with the palmetto bugs. Although palmetto bugs are to be expected on the island, we encountered more than usual in our two weeks in this villa. But we had a great vacation and would definitely recommend this inverness for a comfortable home away from home feel!
