Disappointed to discover we did not have a balcony. That's on us. There actually are no balconies. Our room was ... moldy? The pictures and air, in general, seemed moldy. Something that would have been alleviated (obviously) by a balcony. Or the ability to open a window. The campus was very nice ... great coffee shop, great Tiki bar (though wr always wished it would stay open past 10 p.m.).
