507 Barrington Arms is a favorite Palmetto Dunes Villa rental on Hilton Head Island that has just recently been updated. This 2 bedroom/2 bath vacation villa offers unbelievable oceanfront views from its bright, 5th floor penthouse location. Panoramic ocean views can be enjoyed from the living room, master bedroom, and balcony. The villa has a coastal theme with a living room that includes a queen sleeper sofa and a 55" SMART TV. There is direct balcony access from the living room and master bedroom. Enjoy a glass of wine while enjoying the breathtaking views.

The villa was recently remodeled with designer finishes including an updated, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The master bath has a large walk-in spa shower and the guest bath has a soaking tub and upgraded fixtures.

Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and the master bedroom is furnished with a King bed and 32" TV. The guest bedroom has two Queen beds and a 43" SMART TV. You also have great views of the ocean and lagoon from this bedroom.

The Barrington Complex offers an oceanfront pool with spa, restrooms, showers and grilling area. There is also an elevator and under cover parking garage.

Great condo for Hilton Head

Condo was perfect for us and we would stay there again. Large balcony with view of the water was better than expected for our relatively large group. There is a table and multiple chairs and a lounge chair!

Great Anniversary Trip

Always enjoy staying on a Barrington property. This unit is in a great location with 5th floor view of the pool and beach. Every amenity needed was in this condo including plenty of NICE towels.

Ocean Front is for real

This unit was by far the most amazing condo we have ever stayed in. Everything over the top. Every cooking utensil imaginable. Super Clean. Bed and linens better than mine at home. Parking and elevator in building was great. Short walk to beach. We loved it. Can't say enough.
