3rd Floor 100% Remodeled Condo- Ocean Views

My wife and I fell in love with Hilton Head when we visited, and we said we need to be down here more. But while we are not visiting we are happy to share our renovated condo with you!

Third floor condo (love not having anyone above you) that opens to the pool in the front and the ocean in the back.

Bunk beds for the kids or a pull out bed in the living room for optimal space.

A 2 minute walk or 1 minute run to the beach or Coligny, depending on your excitement level!!
The space
The Villa is located in Seaside, an oceanfront gated complex. The villa is roughly 520 sq ft, and has been fully renovated. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, a new queen sofa sleeper in the living room, and bunk beds perfect for kids in the hall. The balcony has ocean views and breezes. Our villa is on the top floor and the front door opens to the pool area vs a hallway.

We have made every effort to not skip over the smallest of details to make your stay as carefree as possible. From the beach chairs, sand toys, and wagon to help you get to and from the beach, along with a guestbook that will help you navigate the best places to eat locally. If you are looking to work remotely, we have paid extra to make sure we have a very strong Wifi connection. You can run NFLX and 2 laptops at the same time easily.

Looking for long term stay? The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, cookware, and silverware.

Covid has been hard on all of us these past two years. We make sure that our cleaning crew is very thorough after each stay.

We have beach chairs and boogie boards for you to use.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and a microwave. There's a private balcony. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a sofa bed and a washing machine.

A great short stay.

Great location on South Forest Beach! Condo had everything we needed. Check in/out was easy and owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.
