This 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa has great proximity to the beach. The bright kitchen opens to the dining and living areas, furnished in an upbeat, fun style. Marble and tile throughout the villa keep everything cool and crisp. Out on the patio, the ocean view is stunning. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and spacious.

Throughout Villamare there are 2 community pools, 2 hot tubs, fitness center, as well as a picnic area, grills and fire pit! All this, and just a few sandy steps from the beach!

* FULL REPLACEMENT OF THE COURTYARD WALKWAY SYSTEM WITH NEW PAVERS. Inquire with any questions.
• Phase 1 (Spring 2026): Starting Monday, March 2, demolition of the walkways along Building 3 courtyard will begin. During this phase:
• Both grand staircases at Building 3 will be closed.
• Guests will be able to access the area using the Disney-side walkway of Building 3.
• A map showing the alternate route is attached for your convenience.
Beginning the following Monday, March 9, demolition will begin on the courtyard side of Building 1. During this phase:
• The Building 1 grand staircase will be closed.
• Guests will need to use the road-side walkway to access the beach and pool areas.
The project is scheduled for completion by April 1, pending weather conditions or any unforeseen delays. We will continue to provide updates should the timeline change.

Love Palmetto Dunes!!

The property location is ideal...close to all the wonderful things we come to HH for!! The property was immaculate and truly all the amenities of home. Communication with the management team was awesome, from booking (when I got the dates wrong) to needing to get in early, we had someone in a wheelchair. They worked with us and it was amazing. I cannot say thank you enough for that! I loved the decor. It was bright and energizing. The only downside was the shower in the second bathroom. We are all older and having to step over a tub for the shower was not ideal. The bathroom itself however was large and well appointed.

What a Wonderful week in this lovely. condo.

This condo unit was beyond our expectations. The View was beautiful. Surrounding areas were like a tropical paradise. Pool was a big plus when beach was too hot. Rent a bike you can ride on the beach and through the Lovely community. They really take care of this condo and villlamare we were very pleased we will be back

Wonderful Week in Hilton Head

When we opened the door saw a great place with all the amenities and an amazing view of the ocean to relax to each day! The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable! We were able to unpack and enjoy fun times with old friends. The beach access and the bike rentals were all there waiting for us. Excellent customer experience.

We loved the location in Palmetto Dunes! The condo is on the 5th floo, r with beautiful views of the tree tops and ocean! Very pretty, bright and comfortable accommodations!! Short walk to the beach!
