This incredible beach front villa is on the 3rd floor with elevator access and recently redecorated with new furniture and décor, sleeps 4, featuring a new queen-sized bed and queen sleeper sofa.

Wake up to panoramic views, fresh ocean breezes and enjoy the stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony while starting your day in paradise watching the waves, dolphins and beach activity. The sound of the waves is calming as you sip your morning coffee or your evening wine. It is perfect for families or a romantic getaway.

This unit has all the amenities that you could ask for in an oceanfront villa. After a long day at the beach, walk across the street to Coligny Plaza, where you can experience all of the nightlife in "Hilton Head's Downtown “ in the 60 shops and restaurants. Get dinner at one of the wonderful restaurants, or go shopping for everything from souvenirs to designer handbags and more.

Hilton Head Island is a natural paradise, known for its over 60 miles of bicycle paths. This unit includes two free adult bicycles from South Beach Cycles to help you explore the island. The villa also comes with 4 free beach chairs so that you can be relaxing on the beach within minutes of arriving at your piece of oceanfront paradise. You can park your car and never need to use it until you have to drive home!

We loved the location. We felt it needed some TLC. Balcony screen needs replacing, 2 fans need replacing, better quality bedding would make the bedroom more inviting, needs some ceiling repairs also. I had to remove a cheap down pillow which shed all over me and the bed so I had to wash the bedding. The garbage disposal had to be repaired while we were there and a water line repair in the parking area left us without water for a few hours. But the host was quick in responding to the repair and we were notified of the water line repair in the parking area before they turned the water off. We feel the living room furniture needs cleaning and the floors needed cleaning too. The rugs were dingy looking and the silverware and some dishes were dirty. The view was oceanfront and beautiful and an easy walk to the beach. We always had a good parking spot too. They are really strict about the parking for occupants. Also the security is always checking vehicles to make sure they belong. Scott who works security was pleasant and helpful anytime you needed anything. All in all a very relaxing time in Hilton Head at The Breakers.

Amazing Views and location

The condo was great - just what we needed. Couldn't beat the view and proximity to the pool, stores and ocean. The bike rentals were a plus too. e biked to dinner every night! No complaints, only praises for this property!

Great Views

Excellent location with fantastic views of beach. Small but well laid out inside. It’s an older complex , but condo 312 has been renovated recently and modernized. Perfectly located for walking to restaurants and supermarket and very short walk to the beach. Would be a bit cramped for more than a couple , as bathroom is small. Really enjoyed sitting on patio in morning and evening overlooking the beach.

We love Breakers 312! The property is just as advertised - clean, newly furnished, amazing beachfront view, and we loved having the two complimentary bicycles available to us. Island Rentals is great to work with and was very responsive to any and all needs - we would definitely rent from them again as well as return to Breakers 312.

Great place, location and service

Our family of 4 had an amazing time. View was incredible. Condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were shocked while driving to Hilton Head we received a text stating our room would be ready early at 1pm. I’ve never had a location notify me we could check in early. We had one issue with the dryer not working and the property management sent someone within 15 minutes to check it out and when they needed to order a part, they picked up our clothes and had them cleaned by a laundry service. Can’t say enough great things about their level of service!

Overall great place to stay. View from the balcony was spectacular. However we did experience some issues. The middle of the balcony floor was soft and spongy. The dishwasher is aged and did not clean the dishes very well. 2 of the beach chairs were broken.

The villa was great……location, size, amenities. Disappointed with rugs & couch, which were filthy and quite honestly need to be replaced. Deep cleaning in the villa probably hasn’t been addressed in many, many months. (A/C vents were icky) The balcony was just downright scary to step out on……very soft and certainly could use some attention. But, the bed was absolutely amazing and every night I slept very soundly…..so, that trumps the dirty upholstery on the couch and maybe even the uncertainty when stepping out onto the balcony. I would definitely stay at The Breakers again, but not this particular villa unless issues are addressed.

Only book for the View - a lot to be Desired otherwise

This was our first time staying at this unit, but second time staying at Breakers. We read the reviews about the furniture being worn, but ended up choosing this unit mostly for the wonderful beach view. This was our first time bringing our 1-year-old and we knew we would be spending a lot more time in the condo than we were used to in the past and wanted a nice view. That being said, I don't think I would book this unit again. When we arrived, everything seemed ok. The furniture definitely needs a spruce up - you sunk down about 6 inches when you sat on the worn couch cushions and you could tell the rugs used to be nice but are just really worn and dirty looking. That was as expected per the reviews. I was really disappointed the first time I went to bathe our baby and found a used bar of soap with hairs on it still in the shower. Traveling in times of COVID, I expected a more in-depth cleaning between guests and this was honestly disgusting. We eventually found that the ice maker didn't work (we bought ice cube trays and made our own with jugs of water the rest of the week) and the dishwasher didn't work. My husband owns an appliance business and tried to troubleshoot the dishwasher with no luck, so we had to hand wash bottles and dishes the entire week in the tiny sink. We also had to pre-wash any dishes we used to start because they were all filthy with stuck-on food, probably because previous people did not realize the dishwasher wasn't working. On the second day, I went to vacuum up (again, I have a 1-year-old who puts everything in their mouth), and the vacuum didn't work. I ended up having to use wet paper towels to clean up the floors the best I could each day. I did not attempt to contact the property management, honestly just because vacationing with a baby is *exhausting* (any parents here can agree I'm sure!!) and the only time I had a moment to call was after their business hours, so I didn't try. I really didn't know what they would even do for us if I did call. I'm fairly easy going when it comes to traveling and expectations, but there were quite a few significant issues with this condo. You can tell that this is strictly an income property for whoever owns it and not a condo they actually use or take pride in. The beach view was amazing, and really the only reason I can suggest booking this unit. Oh - & the elevators are still under construction, so be ready to haul all your stuff up/down from the 3rd floor daily.

Would have been better if more than one towel/washcloth for a 3 night stay and a hairdryer would have Been nice: the deck needs to be addressed as felt a few spots that may need reinforced.
