Our philosophy is that your vacation experience should be completely comfortable and consistently amazing. Cleanliness is one of our hallmarks, and we take cleanliness seriously.

2537 Gleneagle Green - beautifully renovated kitchen, baths, flooring, electronics, and furnishings. We have filled this stunning villa with every amenity that we appreciate when we vacation.

The decor is super stylish with a beach chic theme of cool neutrals and soft, inviting surfaces. The kitchen is outfitted and equipped with everything you need to cook-- or not!

Each bedroom (2 Kings, including one on the main level and 2 Twins) is completely comfortable with the best bed linens we could find, plus a big, wall-mounted television, plus a full-size washer/dryer in a dedicated laundry room for your convenience.

2024: A second HVAC system added for super-efficient upper-level cooling!

The golf course view of the 2nd fairway/green of the famed Harbour Town Links is simply fabulous and nearly panoramic.

Attention to detail is apparent in every corner of this sublime space, which is ideal for hosting up to 6 guests.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive a full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes non-cancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

COMMUNITY POOL: Less than 1-minute walking and just for Gleneagle guests. Only OPEN April-September each year.

HOW FAR TO THE BEACH: 8-10 minutes by bike or 2 minutes by car to the Sea Pines Beach Club.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING On-site parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From mid-March through the end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Full details will be provided at the time of your reservation, or simply inquire for more information. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium-sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily-coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume-free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps, and more. We also stock beach toys, beach chairs, and umbrellas-- really, all you have to do is come and enjoy.

Immaculate, newly renovated, beautifully decorated

Every detail was perfect. The Best Nest crew is amazing, friendly, and provided great information throughout our stay. The condo is absolutely gorgeous and looks brand new. The location is on the famed Harbour Town Golf Links on a quiet street just a block away from Sea Pines Center which has a free trolley to the beach. The neighborhood pool was pristine, and we met fun and welcoming property owners every time we went for a swim. I can’t recommend this property enough!

Family Vacation

The home was beautiful and designed with attention to detail for a family of guests. The home was fully stocked with everything you would need and more. Location was perfect to the shops, golf, and beach! We rented bikes which made it very convenient to get around Sea Pines. The host was responsive and quick to resolve concerns regarding delayed trash pick up and a maintenance issue. After a long commute, we wished that the key pickup could have been at the property itself rather than an office. Neighborhood was friendly, but locals have dogs off leash and aren’t as diligent to clean up. Overall, our family had a great time and we look forward to returning to this location someday! Thank you!

Top notch property and rental agency.

We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this was by far the best outfitted across all things possible. Great property manager, coffee on the deck watching the end of the second hole was a delight. We would book this unit every year.

Gorgeous townhome with great view of Harbour Town GC!

We loved staying at this townhome which was beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed. The back deck with the view of the golf course was great for grilling and eating outside. The neighborhood was quiet and the pool is just a few steps away from the front door.

Comfy, cute & Perfect location

Stayed here for a family trip for golf, beach, biking & pickleball. Perfect location near the second green of HarborTown Golf Links. We biked everywhere -lighthouse marina, beach, shops, restaurants, golf courses. Seapines shops right around the corner for coffee. This place is decorated & stocked perfectly. Plenty of deck space to watch golfers, grill out etc…pool right across the street.

This condo is awesome. It has obviously been recently remodeled and no cost was spared in the furnishings or design. The location is great and is walkable to Harbour Town, the beach club, horse stables, bike rentals and restaurants. The view of the golf course is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked and we really appreciated that they provided conveniences like zip locks, paper towels and toilet paper, detergent, etc. There is a regular drip coffee pot as well as a kuerig. No need to bring shower toiletries because they provide full size bottles of Dove soap, shampoo, and conditioner! My only complaint would be that they either need a new or larger hot water heater as the water wouldn’t stay hot if 2 showers were going at once.

October Stay

Located near the green on the 2nd Hole of Harbor Town Golf Course the views were spectacular including the wildlife. The property is recently renovated and the furnishings, etc are first-rate! This is exactly what we have come to expect from BestNest and this villa did not disappoint
