Great location!

My family and I spent a week in July and the listing was everything it said. The owner always got back to us quickly with any questions. The place was beautiful, plenty of room, and comfortable beds. The location to Harbourtown and views are amazing!!! Would come back again!

Fantastic Property

What a great property. Check in was very easy at the front gate welcome center. Parking pass, guide book, and entry directions provided. The condo was meticulously clean and neat. Loved the light fixture over the table when the fan was on. (When you stay here you'll understand what I mean.) So convenient to everything. The yacht basin, restaurants, bars, and beach are but steps away. We will be staying here again when we visit Hilton Head.

Great Location and Views

The condo is beautifully decorated and remodeled nicely! Harbour town shops just across the street and convenient and the sunset on the bay were amazing. If we could improve anything, we would request a better stocked kitchen because we like to cook and a larger washer/dryer. But would highly recommend this Villa

Wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was just as shown with a beautiful outdoor patio and view of the water that was even better than we expected. The location is central to Harbor Town and perfect for biking/walking around Sea Pines. The house was well appointed with everything we needed. Two bed/two bath layout makes it perfect to rent for either a family or two couples. We would definitely stay at this property again!

This property was wonderful!! Clean, neat, warm and inviting. The location was like something featured in travel magazines...Amazing. Everything you would find in your own home was supplied at this townhouse. We would definitely book this property again .

Lovely townhouse in a great location at HarbourTown

The townhouse is very comfortable and in a great location. It is nicely renovated, very bright, with all new furniture and fixtures. There is carpeting on the stairs and the upper floor. The new patio at the rear is spacious, with a view of the Sound. Location is great - just a few minutes walk to all the stores and restaurants at the harbor, and parking is at the front door. There is lots of property around the townhouse complex for walking along the shoreline and viewing the gorgeous sunsets. The kitchen has all the basic requirements but has no supplies other than starter items. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room and the master, the one in the second bedroom is much smaller. It was great having access to the Sea Pines Fitness Center included in the rental. There is great access to all the biking paths around the island and tons of great restaurants including 3 that are within a 3 minute walk from the townhouse. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck at the Harbor Town Quarterdeck for happy hour and the best view of the sunset. We are looking forward to our next visit to HHI.
