This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is located on the 3rd floor and features views of the ocean and beautifully landscaped gardens. 1302 Sea Crest provides guests with spacious comfort and plenty of room to relax, unwind and enjoy the resort atmosphere.

When entering the villa, the King bedroom is off the foyer to the left. This bedroom has a 40" flat screen mounted TV, walk-in closet and a private bath with a garden tub, separate shower and granite double vanity and nice cabinets and a private balcony. The second bedroom is to the right off the foyer and features two Queen beds, also has a 40" flat screen TV, and spacious bathroom with a granite vanity and cabinets that is shared with the hall.

The fully equipped kitchen has gorgeous granite counters and a breakfast bar that seats three. The adjacent dining table seats 6. The large living/dining area has plenty of seating with a navy blue couch with Queen sleeper and a leather recliner. There is a sliding door to the balcony, where guests can relax after a day at the beach, pool, golf, tennis or sightseeing and exploring. The owners have added coastal touches throughout the villa to make you feel like your on the perfect ocean getaway and you will definitely want to come back year after year to experience this wonderful villa.

The Sea Crest Resort is located just steps from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and offers a variety of amenities such as two oceanfront pools, hot tub, children’s pool, fitness center and beautifully landscaped gardens. You are also within walking distance of Coligny Plaza where you will find over 100 shops, restaurants and entertainment. Sea Crest is one of the premier Hilton Head Island resorts.

Great spot for a family

Really enjoyed our stay here. This condo was very clean, had everything you need (dishwasher, laundry, WiFi, etc..). Loved the pool, having access to the beach and overall central location.

Great Condo - Wonderful View

This condo is a great place to stay. All was as advertised along with the great location and wonderful view. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Hilton Head Island.

great vacation spot

We just returned from this condo and it is everything and more than the explanation includes. It is perfectly clean, very comfortable mattress and furniture, and great amenities. It is a beautiful place and very close to restaurants, shopping, souvenirs, frozen yogurt, grocery, and miles of biking and walking experiences. You won't be disappointed here. Very quiet surroundings even with the restaurants etc.
