Marriott Surfwatch BeachFront Ocean Dunes Bldg
We are timeshare owners at the Surfwatch. This is one of Marriott's premier properties on the Island. We own in Ocean Dunes Bldg which is the only ocean front bldg in the complex 150 yrds from the beach with 180 degree view up and down the beach. The unit is 1200 sq feet, 2 bedroom on the 3rd,4th or 5th floor with all the amenities including a large balcony . Huge walk in shower in the master and two double beds in 2nd bedroom and a pullout coach. We bought pre construction 15 years ago. It's quiet over looking the wetlands and the beach. It's very quiet and a joy to stay at.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a phone, as well as a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
Be sure to enjoy recreational amenities, including an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, and a hot tub.
