The accommodations are great, even in the off season. Most staff members are outstanding, especially the bellmen and room services. A singular front desk staff member can take their disdain down a notch when requesting a new TV remote in person, after I tried to call down with said request and was hung up on.

The air conditioning made such a loud noise that we had to leave it off. We turned it off for the one night we were there. So that heavenly bad experience turned into a hot bed and miserable night of staying awake and sweating.
