My room was like you are sleeping in a portable toilet that’s how much it was smelling. I went and got the air freshener for the room and had to Sleep with the air conditioning off because when you open the AC it was worst. Please do something about that.

The hotel staff was very knowledgeable about the area, places to dine and giving directions as well as recommendations. The rooms were clean and very spacious and updated. The showers were nice and the bed was comfortable unlike some places I’ve visited. The water pressure in the sink area was really low. One of the two elevators stopped working during our stay. Luckily it was the off season and it didn’t create much of an inconvenience. It was quickly fixed within a day. The front office manager Paris Bradshaw always greeted us with a smile. She was very polite and engaging. I would definitely stay here again.

No water preasure.

Nice hotel but would never stay again as the water pressure is non-existent. Not enough water to even brush your teeth or wash your hands. Asked front desk lady about the issue and she said it's that way to prevent water from splashing over the edge od the counter top sink. SMH.

The only complaint I have is the lack of respect that during the night a party was going on in the lobby and was terribly loud, rude, and inconsiderate! We called the lobby to notify them of the noise level. We should have been refunded some of my money because we hardly slept during that night and had to get up for a flight. The water pressure is slow/light. Also there’s a smell from the trash or sewer outside.

Bed was very comfortable! I love the cover over the comforter, wish I could find it to buy one for my own house. There are some design features of the room that seem flawed or not well thought out, like the direction the cabinet opens to access the mini refrigerator. The gym was very clean and well maintained.

Family staycation

Family room and service were great the only thing was privacy of the toilet, a little privacy would be great so everyone can use the bathroom at the same time, a curtain or a little cover or partition would do but we enjoy the stay staff were courteous and polite.
