The front desk and staff were very courteous. The room was excellent, a great size, and very clean. The only issue is the bathroom had a sliding barn door style with no lock and it would stay open a crack so one could see out or in while you're "sitting down" in there. The front desk did take note of it. We had to leave before breakfast so I cannot comment on that. There are dining options nearby for meals, and in walking distance if you like. The pool looked good, though we did not use it during our overnight stay. I did use the fitness room. It could use work. The weight machine had a broken piece. They made it usable but not fully functional. And the tread mill would not start up at all. The area and hotel looked great and it was a pleasure overall to stay there. We were only there for one night but would definitely stay longer if going for a vacation to Hilton Head.

couldn’t use the pool, due to inclement weather. I didn’t see any staff, except for the woman that checked me in. She was pleasant. Room was clean, however, there was hair on the shower wall. The king bed was wonderfully comfortable and the room was quiet.
