couldn’t use the pool, due to inclement weather. I didn’t see any staff, except for the woman that checked me in. She was pleasant. Room was clean, however, there was hair on the shower wall. The king bed was wonderfully comfortable and the room was quiet.

Our room was spacious! Great amenities & breakfast. Staff could be a little more accommodating. One downside is, they do not have daily housekeeping. Overall we had a great stay. Beautiful property.

The room was clean though the property needs upgrades, like the elevators and the carpeting in the hallways, stairs and stairwells need painting. The staff at the front deskneeds were totally unwelcoming. They looked at us like they couldn't care less why we were there. No warm greetings, and addressed us with a cold hello rather than "how can I help you". They all need to be properly trained in customer service. Their facial expressions showed total disinterest sad to say.

A little dated ok if your on a budget

This place is OK if you’re on a budget. It’s a little dated and old-fashioned. breakfast is very basic, staff is very accommodating .
