The area pool was clean and the had a great service. The room was comfortable and clean. The valet parking staff were very kind as well. Who really impressed us was Ms. Marliene in the Café. We came back the second day for breakfast just because of her. We felt like we know her forever; she listened to us and she was super 👌 kind. Employees like her make the visit super comfortable. Thanks!

Great location year after year

We've stayed at this hotel many times over the past couple decades- from when it was a Hyatt, then a Marriott, and now a Hilton property (2025)- and you can't beat the ocean views and giant pool. The oceanfront bar is an added plus and our kids enjoyed the baby pool and the big pool. The hotel room itself had a bit of a musty smell to it but was clean and comfortable so we didn't mind. Parking is easy and so is walking access to everything in Palmetto Dunes. We'd love to come back.
