PSA - Even with a paid reservation, travelers under the age of 21 will be turned away from this hotel. It doesn't matter if it is the middle of the night, and the reservation was made through hotels.com with your birthdate there is nothing in place to stop anyone from making a reservation and then being denied your stay. Parents with college kids traveling back to campus need to be aware that it's your job to read ALL OF THE FINE PRINT or your child can end up stranded. My personal recommendation is to stay nearby at the Best Western, they allow stays for people 18 and up. It's clean and the staf are very friendly.

They cleaned the hotel maximum they could but rooms are pretty run down by its own. Break fast was ok. Bathroom tub was little flimsy and i was little scared that i might break it. Over all experience is not bad. Staff was friendly though.

Employees were good. Room was very dirty when you closed the bathroom door it was obvious never cleaned back there. There was something splattered on the walls and door not sure what.

Stay away if you absolutely run out of options Unsafe. Dirty. Door’s not locked properly electrical code violations. Plumbing issue. Cracked ceiling Uneven floor. This hotel should have been shut down for lots of safety rework

The room was dirty and everything was rusty. There was kind of coco or something on the floor. Electric receptacles were hanging half off the way. I was so scared of bed bugs. I didn't bring my luggage into the room. Do not recommend this roach motel or your site.

There was no hot water and they told us to run the water for 20-25 minutes for the water to warm…an Hour went by and the water never got warm. The tv was also locked so you can’t change the input and use a streaming device like firestick. Left after the first night despite the manager refusing to give us a refund even after talking to the Expedia customer service rep. Choose a different motel.

The tv remote didn't work, the hot water finally got hot after running it for 10 minutes or so, thd bed was hard, the ceiling was cracked (almost looked like it was rwady to fall in), and the security lock on the door was broke.
Crack in ceiling.

Bathroom had 1/4 inch of dirt and grime buildup in each corner and filth throughout the rest of the floor. Towels were stained, dirty or dingy and there was no hot water. A cockroach skittered across the sink.
