Staff was not nice. Front desk clerk did not know her job. The bartender on the rooftop bar was unpleasant and acted mad that i ordered a drink. I only had one because she was very unfriendly. She had no nametag present..

Staff unfriendly during check in. Staff eating breakfast in the public area. Bathroom in our rooms needs attention; faucets loose, toilet loose, soap dispenser loose. Food served cold in the rooftop bar. 1. It’s a Marriott 2. It’s in Hilton Head Island, SC The hotel appears as if it was sold off to a competitor and its employees were not trained the Marriott way. Highly disappointed.
