Traveled with family and small children
Disliked: Staff & service
Made the booking and the booking was lost and the property made no effort to resolve the issue. I was told it was my responsibility to figure out what was going on. I made the reservation, received the confirmation and was charged for the transaction. I spent near two hours on the phone mostly on hold.
