This is probably the most convenient hotel if you are traveling South on the Blue Ridge Highway. it is about 100 miles South of Roanoke. It is near the center of the town. The staff is very friendly.

Anna was amazing. However, the website adjustments to my date adjusted the dates to 1-2 May and WOULD not allow me to cancel. Anna did cancel at her Galax end; online support was terrible. I’m still not sure if my $ was refunded for erroneous booking of 1-2 May?????

Room with so unclean. Dirty floors and fleas. Non smoking room but had clearly been heavily smoked in!!! After a 12 hour drive, I could not relax or rest. I felt so uncomfortable!! My 3 year old seemed stressed and uncomfortable as well!!! :( Never again!!!!

The property and the staff were spectacular friendly, wonderful, no problems, no issues. The only feedback that I have is that at least in my room, the bathroom and sync area is outdated, very. So it made it look like it was dirty. Just because it was outdated, but it wasn't. Everything was nice and clean. However, because everything was outdated, it overshadowed. The look of the cleanliness, obviously I could see past it, but I'm sure that there's some people that would be Karen's and be the totally different scenario. And different story, but me, everything was wonderful. Everything was great. The beds were comfortable.. the shower tonight the hot water was nice and hot as how did you wanted it and I stood there just to be able to let it run to kind of wash all the stresses away And not even a blip of missing any straightforward hot water. So in that regard a plus.

The sheets and towels were clean and washed. Usually in inexpensive hotels they try to pass on sheets and towels to the next guest, which were used by the previous guest. In Rodeway Inn all sheets, pillows and towels were clean. There was some construction and renovation was going on for the betterment of the hotel. So parking was limited temporarily. Other than that it was an excellent experience for the price.

A decent, cheap stay

It is a very basic motel. Nothing terrible nothing awesome. Very centrally located, decently clean, though there was a cigarette burn through the thin comforter. It wasn't real quiet, but it was the cheapest in the area and the staff was very pleasant.
