Meadowview Guest House

Cozy, private & peaceful two-room guest house designed for rest, connection, and quiet escapes. Step out onto your large private deck and unwind in the 3-person hot tub—perfect for stargazing at night. The deck also features a gas grill and a comfortable sitting area for relaxed outdoor meals and evenings under the sky.

Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchenette with a 2-burner cooktop (no oven), kitchen sink, apartment-size refrigerator, microwave, live-edge wood bar, and a coffee pot/Keurig—everything you need to prepare a delicious meal.

The space includes a luxurious king-size bed, great Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower (no tub).

The guest house is accessed by stairs and is located behind our private home. While we live on the property, we give our guests complete privacy and you’ll likely enjoy your stay without seeing us at all.

We do have a few cats on our property, you may see them. King George is our famous cat, he loves to visit and make out with our guests. If you don't see him, just call his name a few times and he may decide to come and say Hello!

FYI: We have farm cats on the property. They are nosy! You will probably meet the Famous orange cat, his name is King George!

The Host had perfect instructions and was quick to respond and make date changes we needed. Meadowview is absolutely a must do, from the amenities to the decor and hot tub. The sky view from the hot tub to King George, the cat. Towns Hillsboro and Peebles people are very kind and welcoming.

The place was great! Clean and homey, the hot tub was foamy but Lisa was quick on addressing that. King George was the highlight of the stay! The sweetest, handsomest little boy ever. My only complaint is the nightstands are sooooo short compared to the massive bed, was a struggle to turn the lamp off at the end of the night.

Relaxing weekend

My husband wanted to check out Serpent Mound and other historical sites. Lisa and Phil gave us great tips about the area and were super friendly and helpful. The place is very private, beautifully decorated and you cannot beat the scenery! Cute town, Hillsboro,10 min away. We were hiking both days and loved coming back to a nice soak in the hot tub.

The stay was absolutely amazing. Beautiful scenery in the meadow view of all types of wildlife. Deers rabbit's ect... King George was absolutely so cute and friendly. The view of stars from the hot tub were amazing, but the barn light was too bright. Thanks so much for your hospitality, our stay all in all was a 12 out of 10. Let us know when the other property becomes available.

Quick stay

Wonderful

Really nice place for two of us to relax. Very clean, hot tub was great, nice bed. We were going to go out to eat but decided to just get a couple ribeye steaks from save-a-lot & cooked them on the grill. We ate, laid in the hot-tub, picked out a movie but we passed out! Everything was perfect here. Coffee was great. Thanks L&P!

All around a great lil spot! The suite was charming, great vibes, beautiful craftsmanship, and stellar hot tub for 2! The attention to detail was top notch. Coffee bar, towels galore, fun decor, cozy and comfortable! Great communication with the owners and they thought of everything when designing this lil guest house! We will def be back!
