Leider schmutzig

Die Wohnung inklusive des Geschirrs war schmutzig. Wofür die Reinigungsgebühr bezahlt wurde ist unklar. Der Beauftragte des Vermieters sprach weder deutsch noch englisch und war auch sonst nicht besonders aufnahmefähig. Das Deckenlicht in der Küche funktionierte nicht, das Wifi erst am dritten Tag. Obwohl wir im Vorfeld extra nachgefragt hatten, gab es nicht ausreichend Handtücher.. Die Reinigungsgebühr haben wir trotz anders lautender Absprache nicht erstattet bekommen.

Manque de professionnalisme

vous arrivez à 14h00, on vous demande de repasser pour 15h30. Vous pouvez juste déposer vos bagages. Arrivés pour 14h12, j’appelle et il ose me dire que je peux déposer mes bagages dehors! Ensuite il me dit qu’il arrive …..après 7h30 de route, c’est pas top, surtout que vous avez payé pour une prestation à partir de 14h00. Cerise sur le gâteau : le propriétaire vous envoie un message de dernière minute pour vous demander une caution de 400 euros…. que nous n’avons absolument pas à payer. Pas de machine à laver ( je ne sais pas si cela a été notifié sur Abritel) ET , laissez-moi rire: une seule et unique serviette de bain par personne pour 5 jours. Alors… chacun sa conception de l’hygiène ! Niveau draps rien à dire, à l’exception d’une couette bien cracra…. Bref, mauvaise impression. On ne demandait pas des prestations d’hôtel mais un minimum quand même ! Soit il débute, soit.. je ne sais pas…. Je n’y reviendrai pas. Jamais… jamais.

Déconseille fortement

Ne recommande pas . Des frais de nettoyage vous sont prélevés pour une maison où les draps ne sont pas changés, la cuisine est grasse, la plaque de cuisson dysfonctionne, le frigo et le micro sentent très fort. Le sol n'est même pas nettoyé, la grille du barbecue est rouillée et non utilisable. Nous n'avons pas pu rester dès le 1er jour car pas de coordonnées lorsqu'on écrit pour le dysfonctionnement de la plaque, nous n'avons pas pu nous faire à manger. Inadmissible des gens viennent dans le jardin en votre absence. Du jamais vu où vécu. Je déconseille fortement.
