Our Villa is located on Hill Lake w Lake access and our backyard off our two beautiful decks is hole #1 of the 9 hloe Golf Course. We are also located on biking, hiking, ATV , snowmobile and ski trails, the resort has miles of Atv hiking biking walking cross-country skiing, snowmobile, and snowshoe trails. Summer activities include outdoor pool, a nine-hole golf course, ttennis court, biking on both natural and paved trails, hiking trails, Boating and fishing are available on Hill Lake. Use our fishing dock conplete with poles and tackle. Stroll along the water's edge, go berry picking, or view the many different species of birds in the area. This area is a vacationer's dream. This is a place where families return again and again. Guests will experience the unmistakable peace and solitude of "Minnesota's North Woods", as well as numerous attractions nearby. Visit Forest Historical Center, the Judy Garland Museum, Grand Rapids and Aitkin shopping, There is something to capture everyone's interest. There is a sister property available as well to Sleep larger gatherings. please ask for availability. it is just steps away.Just a few steps away there is a "SISTER" villa available so you can rent both and have room for large family

My family has a cabin on the lake but sleeping is tight, so having a nice place to stay and spend time with our family is just what we needed. We played bags right on the golf course one day as well and played a couple rounds of golf.
