This stunning luxury boutique villa designed for 6 people will welcome you for an unforgettable stay in a preserved eco-system.

Breakfasts, filtered water and daily housekeeping are included as well as air conditioning in the bedrooms, wifi, satellite TV and the services of our manager and his staff.

There are two master bedrooms, with both indoor and outdoor en-suite bathrooms, each one sleeps 2.

In one of these, the king size bed can be separated into two single beds.

There is another bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be joined or separated), with an indoor bathroom.

Large king-size beds, with high quality mattresses and linen.

A contemporary hideaway, but with with antique windows and doors, smooth white concrete floors and an eclectic mix of furniture.

The living areas are wide and spacious with a book and film library and speaker systems. The kitchen is between the patio and the living room, but the resident chef can cook for you in the kitchen of the adjoining service house.

The infinity pool has breathtaking views over the Madampe lake and is 15’x 45’ with different levels for children of various ages. The maximum depth is 5’.

At least one member of staff stays in the service house overnight. Our chef can cook for you for lunch and dinner from our reasonably priced menu, the swimming pool is cleaned every day, and the manager is available for all your questions and needs.

The villa is in a small village not far from the busy town of Ambalangoda and the manager can arrange tuk tuk trips for you to the surrounding area or longer journeys and excursions in an air conditioned van. The lively town, Hikkaduwa, is close by and the famous Galle Fort UNESCO heritage site is just over 30 minutes away by tuk tuk.

Transfer from the airport: it takes only about 1 1/2 hours to reach the villa from the airport, depending on the traffic. We can arrange transport for you in an air conditioned minivan at a competitive price.
