Bed is comfortable, but

The room was really small for handicapped accessible. The tub area was way too dark to feel safe. I didnt see where there was a light available to turn on. There was a coffee pot, but the electrical outlets were clear across the room, the cord was not long enough not to have it on the floor. It is convenient when you go to a show at the performance center, but personally i will find an alternate hotel to stay with more accessible and well lit areas.

Great staff but handicapped wasn’t good

First impression of the room was great because it’s large. It’s supposed to be a handicapped room I requested for my husband. The tub is higher than normal. Getting out of the tub to the floor I almost fell due to the height difference from the floor. There’s no handle/bar for a handicapped person to safely get out of tub. The only light was near the toilet but it remains dark in shower area. Staff were excellent and helpful which made up all other negatives about the room. We had to check out one day earlier than planned because it wasn’t comfortable for my husband to have good night sleep.
