This is our second year staying at this motel. The staff, especially David, were so accommodating. It was conveniently located near all the major attractions, and we were very fortunate to have such a pleasurable stay. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Carolina Motel to anyone who is looking to stay in the Franklin, NC area. Thank you, David!

First - you can’t beat the Customer Service / Staff. We come back every time we are near for that reason. Love that it is a smaller motel. Very clean, park in front of your FIRST floor room - well maintained.

The gentleman running the place was very pleasant and helpful. Very business friendly, he named all the eating places in the surrounding area also. Parking was available right in front of your room, which is nice. The rooms were clean and stocked. If you needed anything he was quick to get it. I would definitely stay there again!
