Staff was nice enough, but was not told that on the other side of the do not disturb card was a request to have the clean the room request. In my 40 plus years of traveling, I’ve never seen this. It should be a requirement for staff to alert customers of this style of getting the room cleaned. So when I made this request, the room was cleaned, but they took all the hand soap and shampoo. For the off season, I paid over $800 for 4 days. That’s over $200 a day for a motel. Since I booked this in July, I didn’t think about it, but boy they saw me coming. Could have stayed in a nice hotel for much less. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Stay at a hotel.

The room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable and there was everything I needed for my overnight stay. There is a microwave/confection oven and mini fridge in the room, as well as a mini coffee maker. I had a great day, and would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Easy and comfortable

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful. A nice little coffee bar with a refrigerator, etc., was located in the room. The outside back parking lot could use some lighting at night. The area was clean and I felt safe.

I have a Federally Certified Service dog. I called ahead. I was refused at first until I explained ADA and Federal Law. Then they wanted to charge me a $15 fee. I again explained ADA. They complied but put me in a wheelchair accessible room with a tile floor. It didn't look like it had been cleaned. The floor was filthy. The microwave was broken. These people need to educate themselves on ADA.
