Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Spiders, dust, mouse poop(?), moldy shower, broken shower (no higher mount for the shower head so you can only take a squatting shower), *painful* springs in the mattresses, other people’s hair on the floors and appliances… We didn’t get any check-in instructions. The key was just in an unlocked lockbox. Even Hotels.com support through couldn’t get in touch with the host… Big yikes and WAY overpriced for Japan, at least on this website.
