Awful experience.

No breakfast. Has a reservation for a king bed, only had double beds when checked in. We checked in about 10 minutes after making the reservation. I was charged a $3 “fee” and $100 refundable deposit that, if I get it back, will take up to 10 days. That is unnacceptable. I’ve never had to pay a deposit and not get it back immediately upon checkout, or it not even get charged at time of departure. Get in the room, and the TV volume didn’t work. Took 30-45 minutes to resolve that issue. Overall, I will not use this again.

Hotel was falling apart. Room very dirty. Bathroom had sand in the toilet, hairs in the bathtub, black stains on the walls and grease all over walls. Blankets were stain. Smells horrible. Roach in the bathroom and in the public areas. If possible this will be a 0 start.

It was nicer than I expected and very clean. Just a few things that were a swing and a miss. No hand soap, no ice bucket, and no blanket. All of things I could have asked for and been given by staff I’m sure. It’s just I shouldn’t have to. Would I stay here again? Absolutely again it was much nicer and very clean and safe

Clean rooms the desk clerk at check in seemed confused about what to do. There were many ground floor rooms empty but she decided to put me up stairs and the others checking in were put on ground floor. So I had to drag my bags up stairs. When I returned to the motel on Friday my key didn’t work. The same girl was on the desk and couldn’t get the key to work so she came up to the room and let me in. If I had to leave the room again that night I would had to get her to come up and open the door again. I seriously doubt I will use this property again. I stayed there 2 years prior and the staff were profoundly better.

It was very comfortable here. Rosha in and Tracy were exceptional at the desk and very pleasant and respectful. The room was clean. It was disappointing that there was no variety or change of breakfast menu. Stayed more than a week and wasn’t happy that everyday I had the same breakfast to eat. No change. Anyway everything else was great. Would return but definitely bring some breakfast to have my own variety.

I enjoyed my stay because I had a clean safe room environment for my kids. It’s also work distance. It’s also walking distance eating distance and the staff took care of us very well very nice. Very manageable appreciate them. I will give them all five stars and I will stay again.
